The Kattegat Trail – cycle along the coast from Gothenburg in the north to Helsingborg in the south
From Gothenburg in the north to Helsingborg in the south, all the way through Halland, stretches the Kattegattleden. A 390 km cycling route with a unique location near the sea. The cycle route is divided into 8 sections and along the Kattegattleden there are plenty of places of interest and sights worth a stop along the way.
Campsites for accommodation next to the Kattegat Way
Along the sea there are not only cycling trails but also a pearl of nice campsites. Rent a cabin or a camping pitch if you’re bringing your own tent. Some campsites also have hotels, hostels, rooms and apartments if that suits you better.
Most campsites are located on lovely sandy beaches. Maybe that’s where your day starts before you get back on your bikes and continue your cycling holiday along the west coast?
