Stråvalla Camping

Surrounded by forests and greenery, we find the holiday oasis Stråvalla Camping, in the countryside where you can truly relax and let your pulse slow down. Regardless of which camping pitch you’ve landed on, it’s a maximum of 5 minutes’ walk to the reception, kiosk, bistro with liquor license, and everyone’s favorite – the pool.

One of the things visitors appreciate most at Stråvalla Camping is that each camping pitch has access to its own toilet and shower facilities adjacent to the site, which adds that extra luxury to the holiday experience. Motorhome parking spaces have shared toilet and shower facilities. Dogs and cats are welcome here and should, of course, be kept on a leash and under supervision.

Countryside camping for the whole family

At the campsite, you can enjoy our popular pool area where both adults and children spend a large part of the day. Right outside the pool area is a playground where children can play, and since our sun deck/restaurant is at the same level, parents can keep an eye on the children both at the playground and the pool.

During July and part of August, our restaurant with a liquor license is open, where you can order everything from a fresh salad to a juicy pizza and be taken care of by our friendly staff.

If you want to take a break from swimming and sunbathing, you can play a round of mini golf, play football on our sports field, or have a game of boules.

Popular places to visit around Stråvalla Camping

A pleasant walk or bike ride of about 1500 meters from the campsite lies the gem Stråvalla Beach, and if you want to take a ride on one of Europe’s best cycling routes, you’ll find the Kattegattleden right next to this beach. If you’re up for a day trip, you can reach Gothenburg, Gekås, and Varberg within a 45-minute drive from the campsite. Halland offers a wide range of nature, culture, and very good food.
