Ugglarp Camping

Ugglarp Camping is beautifully located by the sea, surrounded by lovely sandy beaches and cliffs. Here you stay on camping sites or in cabins in a scenic area with coastal meadows and an undulating agricultural landscape. The campsite consists of two areas, Strandängen with a sea view and Lykkan surrounded by lush greenery with shelter from the wind.

Activities in the area and in the surroundings

The area has activities for children and adults of all ages. Adventure golf, playgrounds, football pitch, yoga, boules court and more. For our younger guests, there is always something fun going on. There are playgrounds, ball fields, crab fishing and during high season you can experience entertainment and more activities.

Ugglarp’s sea bath consists of 3 beaches, South, North and West beach. All beaches are long, shallow sandy beaches that are perfect for children and adults. Between the beaches there are rocky outcrops that border and run into the sea.

For those looking for active elements, we can recommend the Kattegattleden trail. Sweden’s first national cycle path and Cycle Path of the Year in Europe 2018 is a 390 km long cycle path with a unique location close to the sea, which runs between Helsingborg in the south and Gothenburg in the north, all the way through Halland. If you prefer to walk, the Hallandsleden trail is a better option.

Many excursion destinations in close proximity

There are many places to visit in and around Ugglarp. Some examples are farm shops, flea markets, farms, exhibitions and cafes. Långasand, Suseån estuary, Sumpafallen nature reserve, Bison safari at Mostorp, Gudmundsgården, Ugglarps Grönt, Svedinos Car and Aviation Museum and Hella Icelandic Horses. Sing-alongs and buskis at Vallarna with their popular artists and when Wheels & Wings rolls into Falkenberg, the whole town is filled with shiny veteran cars. There is something for everyone!

It is close to Ullared, Liseberg and Copenhagen. And there are many cozy places for day trips such as farm shops, flea markets, cafes, auctions, hiking trails, swimming beaches and much, much more.
