Hafsten Resort

With a nice view of the sea and surrounding islands, you can stay at Hafsten Resort in a cabin or on a camping site 25 minutes’ drive from Uddevalla. In the area there are lots of fun activities for all ages and an outdoor pool with a water slide, high-altitude track, zipline and other fun activities.

An activity filled vacation

With a wide range of different activities and no less than two private beaches, there is always something to do at Hafsten Resort. The facility has camping sites, cabins and hotel cabins as well as three restaurants. Here you can stay and experience a lot all year round. There is a shop and a newly built pool area with 4 pools and an 86 meter long water slide. Other things you can enjoy here include the mini-spa with a whirlpool, sauna and relaxation with treatments, adventure golf, tennis, troubadour evenings, motor boat, pedal boat, canoe rental, a 900 meter long zipline and a climbing wall. Another new activity is the high-altitude track for those who want to be challenged by heights.

For those who like to excercise in the forest and nature there are plenty of options. If Bohuslän’s beautiful cliffs were not beautiful enough, there are wonderful hiking trails with scenic viewpoints in the surroundings, including the Bohusleden and Kuststigens stages.

Excursion destinations in and near Uddevalla

The nearest town is Uddevalla, a cozy town with shopping, cafes and nightlife. You can reach the Nordens Ark zoo after about 40 minutes of driving and Havets Hus in Lysekil in 50 minutes. If you decide to head south, to Ljungskile, you will find Kärrstegens Gård with furnishings and a farm shop.
